Before placing your order, it is important to read and follow these guidelines.

Please note that we are unable to print trademarked images (such as NFL, fashion brands, Disney, college/universities, etc.), watermarked images, and screenshots without written permission from the copyright owner. If you submit these types of images, they will be removed from your order and will not be printed. If your entire order contains these images, it will be canceled and refunded. If you have the necessary permission, please email written proof to info@fastdtftransfer.com.

• For best results, please send a PSD or TIFF with 300 DPI resolution and CMYK colour space in transfer size or larger. Acceptable file types include .psd, .tiff and png. Please note that we are not responsible for any color issues, backgrounds, or other similar issues.

• Please do not mirror your artwork, as our software will do this automatically. Your artwork should be submitted at the exact size you want it printed. If you do not want the background around your image to be printed, please remove it. Our printer does print white ink, so if your image has a white square/box around it, it will be printed.

• Outlines must be at least .02pts in width, or the adhesive may not adhere to the art and will not transfer to your garment properly. All fonts should be converted to curves and flattened.

• The width is fixed and 22 inches in print. Pricing is based on height. Your design must have a canvas width of 22 inches. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if your artwork does not meet our requirements.

• We are unable to offer returns or exchanges as all items are printed as orders come in with your specifications.

• Please note that we are not responsible for the colours. You must check your colours yourself as we do not match or check the colours for you. Avoid using RGB colour mode. Use CMYK for the best quality appearance..

• Words less than 0.35 inches tall may not print out well and will most likely not transfer onto the garment. Fine, tiny details will not adhere to the transfer. Be sure to add a stroke and make any fine details thicker for best results. We are not responsible for artwork that falls below the minimum requirements.

• Transparency, see-through effects, and drop shadows do not work for DTF. Please remove any shadow or gradient effects, as they will not print as you see them on the screen.

• Your artwork should be created in 300 DPI for best print quality. Images with lower quality will not print well and may appear blurry or pixelated. Check your edge quality and watch out for pixeled edges in your images, as they will print and appear as a white outline around the perimeter of your design. You can avoid this with high-resolution art.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if it contains vulgar or offensive words or images. If the average person would not be comfortable having the image or phrase viewed by a 10-year-old child, we will cancel your order.
